Thanks Debra, I really enjoyed the session;

  • Great environment

  • Good pace and punchy

  • Started with the ‘meat’, not the ‘dressing’ – i.e. we didn’t waste time mulling over vision and mission statements, but focused on the things that will make the biggest difference to the business

  • Well facilitated to produce an environment of trust, openness, honesty and to be ‘comfortable being uncomfortable’!

  • 2-3 Simple takeaways that will keep us focused (Rocks) and have tangible progress on moving forward and improving the business
