Thanks Debra, I really enjoyed the session;
Good pace and punchy
Started with the ‘meat’, not the ‘dressing’ – i.e. we didn’t waste time mulling over vision and mission statements, but focused on the things that will make the biggest difference to the business
Well facilitated to produce an environment of trust, openness, honesty and to be ‘comfortable being uncomfortable’!
